  • What is Airlo Mobile UK?

Airlo Mobile UK is a digital eSIM service providing mobile data plans for international travellers. We offer regional and global plans that can be activated instantly on compatible devices.

  • Do I need to unlock my phone?

Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from a third-party provider. Contact your current network operator if you are unsure whether your device is unlocked.

  • How quickly will I receive my eSIM?

eSIM QR codes are delivered by email within minutes of a confirmed purchase. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact support.

  • Can I buy a plan before my trip?

Yes. You can purchase a plan up to 30 days before your departure. The validity period begins from the date of first use, not the date of purchase.

  • What network speeds can I expect?

Speeds depend on the local network and your device capabilities. Most plans offer 4G LTE speeds. 5G is available in select destinations where our partner networks support it.

  • Is my data usage private?

We collect minimal usage data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • Can I reuse my eSIM profile?

eSIM profiles are single-use. Once a plan expires, you will need to purchase a new plan. However, you do not need to re-scan a QR code if you purchase a top-up for the same region.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed in GBP.

  • What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available for unused plans within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated. Once activated, plans are non-refundable. See our Terms for full details.

  • How do I delete an eSIM from my device?

Go to your device settings, select the eSIM profile, and choose 'Delete Plan'. Note that deleted eSIM profiles cannot be reinstalled — you would need to purchase a new plan.
